Refund policy

When you can get a refund

Within 14 days of purchase, you can request a full refund in the following cases: the file cannot be downloaded or opened, and the problem still cannot be solved after help from support; you bought the same book twice (or bought a single book and then a set that includes it, in which case the duplicated part can be refunded); or you bought the wrong book and have not yet downloaded that book.

Within 14 days of purchase, if no book in the order has been downloaded yet, you can request a full refund for any reason. For a set order, downloading any one of the books counts as having begun downloading.

The e-books are supplied immediately after payment. Before ordering, you confirmed that you requested immediate supply and understood that you cannot withdraw on the grounds of "changing your mind" once downloading has begun. For that reason, once downloading of an order has begun, we do not accept refund requests made only because you changed your mind.

None of the above excludes or limits any rights that the law where you live gives consumers and that cannot be excluded by agreement.

How to request a refund

Send an email to the support email (Not configured yet) with your order number (shown in your purchase email and on the download page), your purchase email address and the reason. We will reply as soon as possible.

Once a refund is approved, it will be returned within 15 days through Stripe to the payment method you used; when it reaches your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Download access after a refund

Once a full refund is completed, the download links for that order are closed, and new links can no longer be obtained through "Recover download link". Partial refunds are handled manually, and we will tell you whether your downloads are kept.

If a dispute (chargeback) is opened on the payment, downloads are suspended while the dispute is being handled; when the dispute ends, they are restored or closed depending on the outcome.

Files already downloaded to your devices cannot be taken back through the website; please delete them after a refund.
